The winning design by architectural firm Jägnefält Milton is a master plan of mobile structures utilizing the preexisting rail tracks sprawled across the dumbfounding beauty of Åndalsnes, Norway. These tiny public and private buildings can be used to house seasonal tourists and may be used to create mix-n-match streets arranged by desire. As a result of many forgotten industrial areas and tracks in this region, this innovative mobile design allows for the development of modern habitats without the need for large spending on infrastructure.
